CaboHealth supports Face ID and Touch ID for convenient authentication. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is processed entirely by Apple's secure enclave. We do not have access to, store, or transmit any biometric information.

- Open the CaboHealth app
- Enter your access code

Verify that you've entered the code correctly, including any hyphens. If the problem persists, contact your organization's administrator.

Go to Settings and toggle on "Enable Biometric Login."
How do I add apps to favorites?
Tap the heart icon on any health app card.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption. Biometric data never leaves your device.
